About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at The Cambridge Senior Living in Springfield, Missouri. This is a Part Time position with a starting wage of $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. We are looking for someone with a positive and energetic attitude who will embrace our residents and foster a welcoming environment. The role involves greeting residents, preparing tables, bussing tables, and communicating any observed changes in resident behavior or appetite to supervisors and Wellness staff. Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Must be active and require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Ability to assist persons after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, and roll silverware.
• Bus tables and sweep floors.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed.
• Communicate when residents are absent from meals.
