About The Position

Greensboro Country Club is opening a high-end fine dining restaurant and is looking for servers to join their team. The restaurant will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for dinner service, with additional hours available for events and other on-site restaurants. The role offers a competitive wage, a 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment, and employee meals. This is described as a part-time opportunity.

Requirements

Excellent people skills and an outgoing personality
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Previous fine dining experience preferred
Country club and/or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
Positive, can-do attitude
Quick learner who can become a master of the menu
Exceptional customer service skills
Professional presentation
Friendly and able to easily make connections with others

Responsibilities

Create memorable dining experiences for members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Greet members by name and make them feel welcome.
Act as an expert on the food and menu, suggesting choices members will enjoy.
Anticipate member needs and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure requests are taken care of expediently.
Check back with guests and members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep tables and dining room clean and organized.
Handle opening and closing duties required for the shift.
