About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join their team at Rushwood. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and observing residents' eating habits. Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, or absences from meals.
