Server 11:30am-7:30pm $13-19 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Summit located at 16100 Chenal Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR 72223. This is a Full-Time position with a pay range of $13 - $19 per hour. The shift schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents, making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. You will also be responsible for preparing tables for service, making salads, rolling silverware, bussing tables, and sweeping floors. Additionally, you will communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, or absences from meals.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
- Bus tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
