About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Boulevard Wentzville. This role involves greeting residents, fostering a welcoming dining environment, preparing tables and meals, bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be at least sixteen years old, able to communicate effectively in English, and capable of performing physical tasks associated with the role.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding resident dietary habits, appetite changes, and absences from meals.
