About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Boulevard St Peters. This role is responsible for greeting residents, preparing tables, bussing tables, and observing residents' dining habits. The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude, be at least sixteen years of age, and possess strong communication skills in English. This is a part-time position with a pay range of $15 - $22.50 per hour.

Requirements

• At least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
• Bus tables and sweep floors.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, or absences from meals.
