Server - Country Club Team Member
About The Position
Oakley Country Club in Watertown, Massachusetts, is hiring a full-time or part-time Server to help provide welcoming, memorable dining experiences for members and guests. The role includes day and evening shifts, with schedules within business hours: the earliest start is 7:00 AM and the latest end is 1:00 AM. Servers welcome members and guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, provide attentive and friendly service, make personalized recommendations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure meals are delivered promptly and professionally. One year of server experience is preferred, though the club is willing to train the right candidate.
