About The Position
PARC Retirement Living is seeking a Server for Cristalina PARC, a new senior-living community in Kelowna. As a Dining Room Server, you will be a core member of the Food and Beverage team, responsible for creating an incredible dining experience for residents and guests. This role involves serving meals with attention to presentation, following food-handling procedures, accommodating dietary needs, providing room service, and maintaining the dining room environment. The position is on-call with a living wage rate of $25.95.
Requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper food-handling procedures.
- Similar restaurant or hotel serving experience.
- Food Safe I certification.
- Serving it Right certification.
- WHMIS certification.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Understanding and respect for the needs of seniors, their families, and care professionals.
- Criminal Record Check.
- TB test within the first month of employment.

Responsibilities
