About The Position
The Stein Collection creates legendary experiences for our team members, guests, and owners at all four of our properties: Stein Eriksen Lodge, Stein Eriksen Residences, The Chateaux Deer Valley, and The Chateaux Residences. The server performs fine-dining service points in any of the food and beverage outlet to which they are assigned. Adapting to the specific service at any of the outlets- the Server offers service to the guests dining at the resort.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Previous serving experience required
Responsibilities
- Sets up kitchen and dining room work areas in a timely, thorough and consistent manner.
- Maintains all work areas in a neat, efficient manner during service
- Displays knowledgeable command of menu items and products offered in his/her outlet, as well as specific Lodge and general local and greater area information
- Clean up, break down and re-set of work station and dining room performed thoroughly and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
