- Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge

- Good at learning menu and allergy information
Responsibilities
- Taking orders
- Answering questions about the menu and food
- Upselling the restaurants’ food and drinks
- Taking payments
- Communicating orders with the kitchen staff
- Seating customers
- Helping with customer service and cleaning
