About The Position

Nutz Deep II is looking for friendly and reliable servers to join its team at Nutz Deep II in Marshfield and Nutz Deep II North in Spencer. Servers provide excellent customer service, take accurate food and drink orders, and help ensure guests have a positive dining experience. The role suits outgoing, hardworking people who enjoy a fast-paced environment. Training is available. Pay is $5 plus tips. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, and employees must be willing to work at both locations when necessary.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a positive attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Work with the team to keep service running smoothly.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials when appropriate.
