About The Position

As a Server - Takeout, you will ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience. Duties include taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders, as well as delivering orders to guests for curbside pickup. You will guide guests through the menu, answer their questions, and provide outstanding hospitality while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience is not required; training is provided.
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or be able to obtain one.
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Ability to reach, bend, balance, and repeatedly transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. during a shift.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Understand the restaurant menu and identify items for takeout and catering; guide guests in choosing menu items and answer their questions.
Provide amazing hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup.
