About The Position

The Server - Takeout ensures guests' needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience. The role includes taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, ringing in, and processing orders, as well as delivering orders to guests for curbside pickup. The Server - Takeout guides guests through the menu, answers questions, and provides outstanding hospitality while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience is not required; training is provided.
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or be able to obtain one.
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Ability to reach, bend, balance, and repeatedly transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. during a shift.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Understand menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests in choosing menu items, and answer their questions.

Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup.
