About The Position
As a Server - Takeout, you ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly while creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience. Duties include taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and processing orders, and delivering orders to guests for curbside pickup. You guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and provide outstanding hospitality while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards. Previous experience is not required; training is provided. The role is available in full-time and part-time hourly positions.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
- Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or be able to obtain one.
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
- Ability to reach, bend, balance, and repeatedly transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. during a shift.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

- Understand the restaurant menu, including takeout and catering items, guide guests in choosing menu items, and answer their questions.
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by anticipating, meeting, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
- Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup.
