About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a PRN Server to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community in North Olmsted, Ohio. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and engaging dining experience for our residents. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents, being present in the dining room, mingling, and entertaining to foster an environment where residents can connect. You will also be involved in preparing tables for service, salads for meals, and other pre-service tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness, such as sweeping floors, to ensure the community is something to be proud of.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service.
Prepare salads for the next meal.
Roll silverware.
Bus tables.
Sweep floors.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
