About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous serving, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to residents and guests in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner
- Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup
- Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Support residents, guests, families, and team members with kindness and professionalism
- Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service
- Assist with additional dining services duties as needed
Benefits
- Starting Pay: $15.00+ per hour, depending on experience
