About The Position

Server 2 team members provide friendly, attentive service in the café, employee breakrooms, Assisted Living dining room, and Health Care Center as Diet Aides. They may also support other venues as needed. The primary venue is identified during the initial phone screening based on interest, experience, and availability.

The Health Care Center schedule is Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Holidays are required. Pay is $17.70–$19.47 per hour, based on experience. The facility does not accept tips.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 6 months of front-of-house dining experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Obtain a Food Handler’s Certification within 30 days.
• Obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Barista experience.
• Experience in dietary services or nutrition.
