These new outlets will showcase a variety of culinary concepts and elevated cocktail moments enhanced by live entertainment. Join a historic legacy and lead the first major transformation of The Beverly Hills Hotel since the 1940s. As a part of this landmark expansion, you will help to bring these captivating new outlets to life. This rare opportunity invites you to bring fresh, modern flair to the "Pink Palace," blending the hotel’s timeless heritage with forward momentum to maintain its enduring relevancy and set a new benchmark in luxury hospitality.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate comfortably in English.
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Frequently required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone from the moment a guest is seated, maintaining an impeccable hotel bar and terrace floor, delivering food and cocktails with precision, and ensuring every glass is never empty for long.
• Respond to guest requests and participate in pre-shift briefings to ensure every guest receives nothing but the best experience.
• Provide cocktail recommendations, assist with celebratory gatherings, and execute perfectly timed tableside moments with ease and confidence.
• Identify and address any issues quickly, working with the team to ensure the hotel bar runs at its best.
• Know the menu inside and out, including the cocktail program, wine list, and food offerings, and share this knowledge naturally and enthusiastically.
• Bring the right energy to every shift: warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about great hospitality.
• Represent The Hotel Bar and The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride, always upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
