• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Employees are required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a consistently high level of guest service to each of our guests, creating a welcoming and memorable bar experience while maintaining a safe environment throughout their shift.
• Keeping the bar area clean and well-presented at all times, in accordance with food safety guidelines and the requirements of the local health department.
• Maintaining an accurate cash drawer throughout their shift and being able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
• Mixing all drinks based on the serving sizes outlined in our standard operating procedures, keeping drink costs at a minimum while ensuring our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Handling guest special requests involving specialty cocktails, dietary restrictions, or allergies, and even special occasions with knowledge, care and a genuine desire to deliver something memorable.
• Preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up in a luxury hotel environment, reporting these and working with other positions to correct them.
• Maintaining open communication with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment across the board.
• Representing The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride, always upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
