Requirements

Attention to detail is critical for this role.
Must be a champion of working together.
Requires flexibility from everyone on the team.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.

Responsibilities

Ensuring our guests have an excellent bar experience throughout their visit.
Assisting with all guest and service requests.
Upholding our service standards at all times.
Ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times, including glassware, wine, beer, soda, water, juices, ice and garnishes.
Assisting with weekly inventory, keeping track of what is needed and helping to put inventory away upon delivery.
Cultivating relationships with our guests, including recognizing in-house and MLA guests.
Assisting with special guest requests involving dietary restrictions, drink and garnish preferences, and special occasions.
Preventing and correcting imperfections and blemishes and reporting them.
Maintaining open communication with other departments and the extended hotel team.
Representing The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride, always upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
