This role is responsible for ensuring food quality standards and HACCP plans are followed from delivery through re-therm, preparation, and final meal service. The Server Floater will support meal service operations including breakfast and lunch service, food management, setup, and cleanup. They will operate the Point of Sale (POS) system in compliance with school contracts and government regulations, including handling student IDs, payments, and change. This position requires recording daily activity including waste, participation data, variances, and completion of daily checklists and logs. The Server Floater will communicate menu items, promote breakfast participation, and gather customer feedback. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and food-safe environment in compliance with State, Federal, and Revolution Foods standards is crucial. The role also involves following all safety procedures, supporting tray racking, staging, and equipment handling, and adhering to company green waste, compost, and recycling procedures. The Server Floater must be flexible to work across multiple school sites and varying schedules, including early morning and mid-day shifts, and acknowledge that school assignments and schedules may change based on operational needs. Additional duties may be assigned.
