We are looking for Servers, Dining Room Attendants, Waitstaff, and Food Service Associates who bring energy, kindness, and great customer service to every shift. This role involves creating meaningful moments for residents by serving meals and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must pay attention to detail.
- Must be flexible/adaptable.
- Must have safety awareness.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
- Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
Nice To Haves
- Food serving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
- Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
- Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
- Maintain a clean dining room, including wiping down and sanitizing chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas after every meal period.
- Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
- Label and date all food.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
