About The Position
McKenna Crossing in Prior Lake is seeking Servers to join our team. This is a part-time position perfect for high school graduates looking for a job during the school year. The community offers Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, and Enhanced Assisted Living. Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is a faith-based nonprofit organization focused on enriching the lives of older adults. They emphasize a supportive, community-based team environment with opportunities for growth. PHS operates with Christian Ministry values, aiming to reflect God's love and grace in their service.
Requirements
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Responsibilities
- Creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
