About The Position
Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is hiring front-of-house cashiers and servers. Team members welcome guests, answer questions, take food orders, run food, clean and turn tables, and create memorable guest experiences. They also help maintain clean dining rooms and patios and prepare for the next shift by completing side work and restocking. The role offers opportunities to grow into salaried management, including in connection with the company’s Southern and Midwest expansion. Base pay includes hourly wages plus an average whole-house tip share; tip averages are not guaranteed and depend on restaurant volume and guest generosity.
