About The Position

Hattie B's Hot Chicken is opening soon in Plano, TX, and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team. As a family-owned business, they emphasize serving not just food, but also heart, hustle, and hospitality. They are expanding and offer opportunities for growth within the company. The role of FOH cashier/server involves welcoming guests, taking orders, running food, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Team members will also be responsible for maintaining dining room cleanliness and preparing for the next shift through side work and restocking.

Requirements

• Experienced and kind person
• Ready to join a team
• Ability to build a culture that’s as bold as our hot chicken
• Must average at least 25 hours / week to be eligible for insurance premiums
• Full Time employees (30hr+/week) earn 10 days of Personal-Time-Off (PTO) after one year of work
• All employees who enroll and contribute into our 401k retirement plan will receive matching up to 4% of annual salary.
