Requirements

Knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system
Familiarity with table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, and proper table setup and dress code
Familiarity with food and beverage menu items, their prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards
Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service
Good judgment in identifying potentially intoxicated or underage guests
Well-organized and focused, with keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Collaboration and teamwork
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Self-motivation
Passion for the restaurant industry
Commitment to providing outstanding service to guests

Nice To Haves

Bartending experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right candidate
Flexible schedule is preferred with weekend availability

Responsibilities

Guiding guests through the menu
Taking food and beverage orders
Serving food to guests
Serving or creating a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with enthusiasm and efficiency
Efficiently processing orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Adhering to state liquor regulations, company service and culture standards, policies and procedures
Maintaining stock and supplies
Ensuring the cleanliness of the bar, bar equipment and overall cleanliness of the workspace
