About The Position

Black Sheep Columbus is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server/Bartenders. In this dual role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and crafting a variety of cocktails. Requirements

• Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Indiana.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
