About The Position

The Golf Club of Georgia, a 36-hole private country club, seeks energetic, outgoing, engaging, people-loving, and hospitable Restaurant Servers. This role involves daily food and beverage service and operations, including opening and closing side work, maintaining bar par levels, driving sales in a comfortable environment, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Servers will also answer the phone to assist with member questions, to-go orders, and reservations, and must be aware of the Club's upcoming activities and events, learning and greeting members appropriately.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED is required.
The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills.
Frequent bending, stooping, pulling and lifting.
Continuous standing, walking and repetitive actions for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift and balance large oval tray with plates, up to 50lbs, training is provided.
Must be able to carry and balance cocktail tray with Champagne flutes, training is provided.
Must be able to occasionally work in an outdoor environment.
Must have a current City of Alpharetta Pouring License within a week of date of hire.
Frequent standing and repetitive actions.
Bending, stooping, lifting.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
