About The Position

The Server Assistant role at the Waldorf Astoria Washington DC, located on Pennsylvania Avenue, is part of the Food & Beverage Team. This iconic hotel, housed in the reimagined Old Post Office, offers 263 rooms, 38,000 square feet of event space, and multiple dining and bar options. The Server Assistant is responsible for helping prepare for dining service and delivering memorable experiences to guests, contributing to the overall hospitality of the hotel.

Requirements

Complete open availability is required due to this position being part of the Local 25 Union.
Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated.
Full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established.
Must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
