About The Position

The Waldorf Astoria New York is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager for Peacock Alley. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of Peacock Alley, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager. Peacock Alley offers bespoke menus from breakfast to dinner and libations that pay homage to the traditions of the world's greatest cocktail bars. As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Ability to oversee daily operations
• Experience managing a team

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Peacock Alley
• Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager
• Directly overseeing 3 Assistant Restaurant Managers and 30 Front of House Team Members
• Delivering memorable experiences for every guest
