About The Position

The Server Assistant provides table service to taproom guests by delivering orders and maintaining table cleanliness to support a pleasant dining experience. As a tableside brand ambassador, the role engages guests to educate them about products while delivering outstanding hospitality. The position reports to the General Manager or the Front of House Manager on duty.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; 17 is allowed in certain counties.
Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency.
Ability to multitask.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Contribute to overall taproom and kitchen cleanliness.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to lift, balance, and carry food trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to lift, move, and carry kegs weighing up to 60 pounds.
Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a server assistant, utility worker, or food runner.

Responsibilities

Clear empty glasses, plates, silverware, and other items from tables to maintain a clean taproom and support efficient table turnover.
Inspect food leaving the expo area for proper plating, sauce application, and presentation; return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen for correction.
Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests.
Maintain appropriate bar inventory and product levels, including changing kegs when required.
Clean the dining area, restock server stations, and roll silverware.
Assist guests, servers, and bartenders with other hospitality functions as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
