About The Position

The Server Assistant will be responsible for supporting the serving staff in a fast-paced, dynamic steakhouse environment. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to engage professionally and friendly with guests, and a willingness to learn and grow in the food and beverage field. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, be able to generate business, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards. A key aspect of this role is fostering a friendly and inclusive environment for all team members and guests.

Requirements

• Must pass a drug test.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the food and beverage field.
• Must have outgoing personality and be able to generate business.
• Must be able to work independently, with little supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must adhere to uniform/appearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support serving staff in a steakhouse environment.
