About The Position

This is a full-time Steward position at Harrah's Gulf Coast. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the kitchen and serving areas, stocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Requirements

• Six months previous kitchen worker experience is required.
• Must be able to understand and speak English.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock supplies, such as, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils.
• Lift bus tubs to bus carts and push carts to the Kitchen.
• Clean food serving areas, including counters, utensils and food trays.
• Maintain the proper level of sanitation in accordance with health dept. and Stewarding standards in all kitchen outlets.
• Clean and sanitize all china and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
• Stock supplies (plates, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils).
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
