About The Position

Assists Servers in serving the guests. This role involves delivering food to guests, cleaning and resetting tables, assisting with side work, and maintaining service areas. The Server Assistant also stocks service areas, informs supervisors when stock is needed, refills ice wells, and keeps the work area clean and orderly. The position may require working in various food and beverage areas as directed and adherence to all relevant ordinances, regulations, internal controls, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food to the guests
• Cleans, resets and maintains tables.
• Assists in side work and maintains all side stations.
• Stocks service areas of the food and beverage departments.
• Informs the supervisor when stock is needed.
• Refills ice wells as needed.
• Keeps a clean and orderly work area.
• May be required to work in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor or above.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
