About The Position

Assists Servers in serving the guests. This role involves delivering food, cleaning and resetting tables, assisting with side work, stocking service areas, and maintaining a clean work area. The Server Assistant may be required to work in all food and beverage areas as directed by a supervisor. Adherence to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures is mandatory.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food to the guests
• Cleans, resets and maintains tables.
• Assists in side work and maintains all side stations.
• Stocks service areas of the food and beverage departments.
• Informs the supervisor when stock is needed.
• Refills ice wells as needed.
• Keeps a clean and orderly work area.
• May be required to work in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor or above.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
