About The Position

Pinstripes is seeking Server Assistants to support servers in an upscale entertainment-dining venue featuring a bistro, bowling, and bocce. Server Assistants help maintain and execute the service flow and provide ongoing support to servers throughout their shifts, including setup, stocking, and breakdown. They contribute to venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. Pinstripes operates an all-scratch kitchen featuring fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, and high food quality standards. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a training program is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand on their feet for up to 6 hours.
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Must maintain a neat appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
