About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Server Assistant at Goldfinch Tavern who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate dining experience. The Server Assistant is part of a dynamic team that provides award winning service to our restaurant and hotel guests. This position reports to the Goldfinch Tavern management team. U.S. work authorization is for this position.

Responsibilities
- Maintain ownership of duties through hard work and discipline
- Anticipate the needs of guest's and co-workers instantaneously
- Clear and tables, assist the floor and enhance guest's dining experiences
- Deliver food and provide eloquent food descriptions in a synchronized manner
- Assist bartenders and cocktail servers, which requires a broad understanding of cocktails
