About The Position
Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is seeking motivated Server Assistants to support its front-of-house team. The role helps ensure smooth service by assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean, organized, guest-ready dining environment. Server Assistants are part of the hotel’s opening team and will help establish service standards and contribute to the guest experience at the new lifestyle boutique hotel opening in Rogers, Arkansas, in September 2026.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
