About The Position

As a Public Area Attendant, you will help create the first impression guests have of Hotel Vin Rogers. You will maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of public spaces so that they reflect the hotel’s elevated brand standards. The role calls for pride in your work, attention to detail, and an understanding of how small details contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other guest-facing areas.
• Keep public spaces consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments and special projects as needed.
• Monitor public areas and proactively address cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hotel standards.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments.
• Help maintain the appearance and atmosphere of a brand-new luxury hotel.
