About The Position

As a Public Area Attendant at Hotel Vin Rogers, you will help create guests’ first impression of the hotel by maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of public spaces to the brand’s elevated standards. Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other guest-facing areas.
• Keep public spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments and special projects as needed.
• Monitor public areas and proactively address cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hotel standards.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments.
• Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the hotel.
