About The Position
We are seeking energetic and guest-focused Servers to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. You will deliver elevated dining experiences through attentive service, strong menu knowledge, and genuine connection with every guest. Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is an exciting new lifestyle boutique hotel opening in September 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas. We are building an exceptional opening team to bring it to life. We believe great service is personal and memorable, every table is an opportunity to create connection, hospitality is about anticipating guest needs, and teamwork creates a seamless dining experience. If you love delivering elevated, attentive service, building rapport with guests, recommending menu items and pairings, and working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, you're a great fit for this role.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred.

- Food & beverage knowledge preferred.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
