About The Position

The Server Assistant – Hawks Peak plays a key role in creating a seamless and engaging guest experience by supporting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring tables are guest-ready at all times. Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this position helps ensure smooth service flow and venue readiness through teamwork, attention to detail, and consistent execution of service standards.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months of guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Guest-Focused Mindset: Friendly, proactive, and attentive to guest needs.
  • Team Player: Willing to assist wherever needed to support service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and guests.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains cleanliness and order to support the guest experience and health standards.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or casino environment.
  • Interest in food and beverage operations with a desire to grow within hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
  • Assist in greeting and seating guests when needed, providing friendly and attentive service.
  • Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables and responding to guest needs in real-time.
  • Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed throughout the guest’s visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all guest-facing and service areas, including floors, wait stations, and table zones.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards during table clearing and resetting procedures.
  • Restock supplies such as napkins, glassware, condiments, and utensils to ensure servers have the tools needed to provide efficient service.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of back-of-house and storage areas.
  • Communicate and coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to support a consistent guest experience.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and maintain an enthusiastic, can-do attitude throughout each shift.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and assist in special assignments as directed by leadership to support overall operations.
