This position involves opening the Forum building and rooms for events, including setting up chairs and tables. Responsibilities include checking room setups and client needs before and during events, preparing beverages, and stocking supplies and catering items. The role also requires cleaning and restocking serving supplies, providing customer service to clients, troubleshooting AV equipment issues, and fulfilling last-minute client requests. Additionally, the Event Staff will provide tech support for audio visual equipment, perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal, and monitor safety and maintenance needs within the building. Other related duties may be assigned.
