About The Position

The Server Assistant supports restaurant service and helps deliver a positive guest experience. The role involves checking food against specifications, ensuring plates and utensils are clean, delivering food using proper table positions without auctioning off dishes, helping pre-bus tables, entering Grab and Go orders when needed, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and organization, and assisting servers as needed. The position is tipped and starts at USD $16.80 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Server Assistant or food running experience.
• Must be 18 years of age, required for service of alcohol.
• Be a team player with a guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check that dishes meet specifications.
• Ensure plates and utensils are clean.
• Use proper table positions when delivering food and do not auction off food.
• Run food and help pre-bus tables.
• Help ring in Grab and Go orders when needed.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Assist servers when needed.
