About The Position

Ashby Ponds is hiring Servers and Dishwashers for its Blue Sky Restaurant in Ashburn, Virginia. These roles support restaurant and kitchen operations in a continuing care retirement community. The restaurant team emphasizes exceptional service, teamwork, and great food. Prior service or kitchen experience is highly preferred, but training is available.

Dishwashers earn $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience, and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $750. Servers earn $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience. Both positions are available full-time and part-time. Dishwasher shifts are 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.; server shifts are 10:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, with availability to work weekends and holidays also required. Most restaurant team members finish before 9:00 p.m.

The roles offer hands-on learning alongside an experienced culinary team, with opportunities to build kitchen and food-service skills and potentially advance to Prep Cook, Server Trainer, or other culinary positions.
