Hiring Event Servers / Dishwashers
About The Position
Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Servers and Dishwashers for its senior living community in Ashburn, Virginia. These roles support restaurant and kitchen operations, with an emphasis on exceptional service, teamwork, and great food. Prior service or kitchen experience is highly preferred, but training is available. Dishwasher positions are available full-time and part-time at $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $750. Server positions are available full-time and part-time at $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience. The listed dishwasher shift is 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.; the listed server shift is 10:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with availability to work weekends and holidays. The employer describes a quality-of-life focus, noting that most restaurant team members finish before 9 p.m. Team members can build kitchen and food-service skills alongside an experienced culinary team, with opportunities to develop and potentially advance to roles such as Prep Cook or Server Trainer and other culinary positions.
Requirements
- Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred; the employer is willing to train.
