About The Position

As a Server 3 (Event Server) you will play an essential role in supporting the execution of events. Responsibilities include event set-up, food and beverage service, guest interaction, event breakdown, and the proper handling of equipment and decor. You’ll contribute to creating a seamless and memorable experience for every client and guest by bringing energy, professionalism, and a strong service mindset. This is an event-based position with a schedule that varies based on business needs and event demand, with increased opportunities during peak seasons.

Requirements

Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
One (1) year of related experience and/or training preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on task
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
Service-minded, proactive, and adaptable
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 25+ lbs. frequently and occasional lifting or moving of heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment as needed
Must possess a current California Food Handler’s Card, or obtain one withing 30 days of hire
Must obtain in-house Allergen Certification within 14 days of hire
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules is required, a minimum of two Saturdays per month
Reliable transportation required
