About The Position

We are looking for a Remote SEO Strategist who has a comprehensive understanding of full-stack SEO, with a strong focus on content, keywords, and SEO strategy. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is both a leader and a team player, capable of building our SEO department in the long term. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performing SEO audits, automatic analysis and driving lead generation, and ranking improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role, with a deep understanding of full stack SEO.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, with a long-term vision to scale an SEO department.
• Experience with lead generation and improving search engine rankings.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to boost website visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize content that aligns with SEO best practices, targeting relevant keywords and improving user engagement.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure our content is optimized for high-traffic, high-conversion terms.
• Perform regular SEO audits and automatic analysis of the website to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings.
• Play a pivotal role in building and scaling the SEO department, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while also being willing to follow established processes and guidelines.
• Use various analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of SEO efforts, making data-driven decisions to continually improve outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SEO objectives are met at a timely manner.
• Conceptualize and effectively coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership teams.
