About The Position

The SEO Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Director of Analytics & SEO in driving organic search visibility, website performance, and lead generation across our digital ecosystem. This position blends technical expertise, content optimization, and data-driven decision-making to ensure our digital properties are easily discoverable, aligned with best practices, and optimized for conversion. Working closely with marketing, content, web development, and analytics teams, the SEO Specialist will execute day-to-day SEO initiatives, conduct technical audits, optimize on-site content, and contribute to scalable SEO processes and documentation. This role ensures that SEO efforts align with broader digital strategy, supporting efficient growth and a best-in-class website experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an in-house, agency, or multi-market environment
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush (or equivalent), and Screaming Frog
  • Experience conducting technical audits and working with developers to resolve SEO issues
  • Ability to interpret data, identify issues, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic understanding of HTML/CSS

  • Experience leveraging AI workflows for SEO
  • Basic understanding of UX principles, schema markup, and site architecture

Responsibilities

  • Execute SEO strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and improve search rankings
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities aligned with business goals and user intent
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages to improve relevance, performance, and visibility
  • Support content teams with SEO guidelines, briefs, and optimization recommendations
  • Stay current on search trends, algorithm updates, and competitive landscape
  • Partner with web developers and IT teams to implement SEO best practices across digital properties
  • Conduct recurring technical audits to ensure proper crawlability, indexation, page speed, mobile usability, and structured data health
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain and improve documentation for SEO tools, processes, and technical requirements
  • Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush)
  • Prepare regular performance reports highlighting insights, progress, and optimization opportunities
  • Identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend actions for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Identify and track opportunities to optimize for AI-driven search experiences
  • Collaborate with analytics, content, brand, digital experience, and IT teams to integrate SEO into campaigns and site enhancements
  • Own execution of SEO updates and proactively identify process improvements
  • Support scalable workflows and ensure alignment with broader digital initiatives
