About The Position

A well-established, nationwide home improvement company specializing in high-quality outdoor living solutions, including custom-built structures and premium exterior upgrades. With decades of industry experience, the business has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth across multiple markets. With organic search serving as a critical growth engine, this role exists to take full ownership of SEO strategy and execution at scale. The company requires a highly driven operator who can consistently generate new customer acquisition through SEO—moving beyond local optimization into national, high-impact growth initiatives. We are looking for a high-performing SEO / GEO Manager to lead and execute the company’s organic growth strategy across multiple markets. This is not a traditional or local SEO role. You will be responsible for driving large-scale SEO initiatives that directly impact traffic, rankings, and revenue. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and highly proactive—someone who thrives in a performance-focused environment and is motivated by results. You will own SEO end-to-end, from strategy and execution to testing, optimization, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on SEO experience (on-page, technical, and off-page)
  • Proven experience managing national or multi-market SEO campaigns
  • Strong track record of driving net new customer acquisition through organic search
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in SEO workflows
  • Highly execution-focused with the ability to move quickly and test aggressively
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to own outcomes end-to-end with minimal oversight

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
  • Background in high-growth or performance marketing environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute SEO strategy across on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
  • Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent, revenue-driving opportunities
  • Develop and execute content strategies to capture organic demand
  • Optimize site structure, internal linking, and on-page elements
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawlability, structured data)
  • Improve overall site performance and search engine accessibility
  • Work closely with development teams to implement technical improvements
  • Build and scale backlink strategies to increase domain authority
  • Execute outreach and link-building campaigns
  • Continuously improve site credibility and rankings
  • Analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize SEO performance
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across SEO workflows (content, clustering, optimization, analysis)
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale processes
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to execute initiatives
  • Provide clear reporting and actionable insights on performance
  • Align SEO efforts with broader growth and marketing objectives
